Felicity Dowker (7,000 Mile High Club President)

Felicity Dowker won the 2009 Ditmar Award for Best New Talent by hurling her fellow nominees overboard and threatening to do the same to anyone who wouldn't vote for her. When she's not pulling off award coups or undertaking interstellar journeys with her ASIM crewmates, Felicity writes, reads, reviews, works in the insurance industry, and indulges in time spent with her beloved family.
